Blurry Mars

This is Mars taken by my telescope which made by myself (120mm mirror)
any suggestions to improve the picture?

It looks so bad...can't see the details

My first time to take the picture of Mars:

I just use a digital camera and record a video, and then stack them =_= cuz i don't know much about camera...
So simple and too simple

what eyepiece you use?
if you use the k25mm, i think the power is not enough.
