Dear ally, singlet lens can cause serious focus problem to the spectrum, I still prefer trying achromatic doublet lens first.
I have found a factory already, and now ordering 2 lenses to test the quality.

For a 1200 l/mm grating, and assuming the Littrow configuration, the grating will be tilted at about 19 degrees.
The minimum size of the collimated beam will be:
25.4 x cos(19) = 24 mm
Thus the collimator lens should be at least 24 mm in diameter.
Depending on the telescope, the f-number of the collimator must be smaller than the f-number of the telescope objective to avoid vignetting which will result in waste of light from the telescope (effectively reducing the aperture of the telescope). For example, if you use a f/10 Meade 8, your collimator lens should be faster than f/10, so on so forth.
