這是昨晚的火星習作，極冠的曝光還是掌握不好．

附上兩種不同的processing，以作比較．我比較喜歡自然的感覺．

請各位指教．

Generally the albedo 反照率 i.e. the reflectivity of Mars is only 16%. Ice/snow (i.e. the polar cap) reflects almost 100%. The range is too large (almost 3 stops if we talk about photography, i.e. 3級曝光), larger than using negative film 負片菲林.

Webcam usually supports 24bit colour image, that means each R/G/B channel has 8-bit level of brightness, which is 256 distinct level. I do not know the exposure latitude of webcam but I do not think it is wider than negative film.

根據Eric大大指導, 我發覺blue channel over 得最少, 所以把L=RGB 中的B較到最大, 極冠的over 減少了一點. 效果如圖.

下次拍攝時會試試可不可以挑戰ToUcam 的極限.

今次減少了gain, 極冠的over少了一點, 還是有多少over. 下次繼續努力.

Process 了兩種顏色, 我比較喜歡紅色, 有火星feel.

請各位大大指教.

滿天雲，沒得影火星．把昨天影的放大25%，扮大粒．

Seeing 對行星攝影真的影響很大．昨晚１時後在雲中見到火星，拿拿臨set up．但在toucam中火星的像變化不定，根本很少是正圓形．連對焦也無法掌握．以Pickering scale說，可能在1或2左右. 因為seeing差到見不到其他星, 無法驗證．

結果當然泡湯，有肥佬火星相為證．

Jabis, 不如你把火星相post到火星大衝相薄, 並把拍攝的機器材寫上, 方便日後大家返睇.
