什麼月份去米埔是最多鳥看的?

通常冬天較多鳥, 但潮漲多在黃昏, 這個時候去都不錯呀 ! 天氣較溫暖, 潮水亦多在中午高漲, 把后海灣的水鳥推近觀鳥屋, 比較容易觀看, 鳥會在未來幾個星期, 還有兩次到米埔觀鳥的活動. 有興趣就看看鳥會的網頁:

Wow! You become a birding expert now! Took me a long time before I can tell between a Great or Intermediate Egret... Good to see some of the shorebirds with breeding plumage, really want to be able to go again soon...

My pictures are so so only. Not really much to share. I am very keen on more bird photo trips in the coming season (~Nov), interested in these any more? Actually thinking more about the last trip to Caohai, its not a bad place if we get better prepared. There are lots of birds there, just need to find ways to approach them. I'll probably get some wading gear + camo hides for the next time - need to get within 20 meters of them at the very least...

Angus, I forgot to say thanks to you for bringing me to Caohai. Birding in Caohai was so wonderful and leisure but the weather at that time was not good. Hope to go there again. I will have a trip for bird and other wildlife in August.

看一對白鷺在談情, 它們可以呆著30分鐘動也不動的

Hope to go there again. I will have a trip for bird and other wildlife in August.

What's your plan? Where will you be going? Ideally I would like to have a trip combining astro, bird, wildlife, landscape, food, drink, culture... perhaps thats too ambitious!
