The making of 26 inch DK telescope -9, Polishing done.

Dear ATMers,

After 18 hours of polishing by machine the polishing ( second time ) of the mirror was completed. ( Actually this was done before Easter holiday)

The mirror will be put into Foucalt test shortly. Hopefully we get a "pass" this time.

No hole will be drilled. Instead a diagonal mirror will be installed to direct the light path to the focuser on tude side.
