Turn Up Edge + Deep Hyperbola + central Bulge.
Best solution : - destro thepitch lap, go back to #1200 fine grinding and repolishing again with hard pitch and ho[ing for a good sphere.
Bad idea ( but most adopted idea ) :- carry on with figuring - step 1- use a 20% star lap to polish out the hyperboa at 70% zone. Step 2 - use the same star lap to polish out the central bulge. Step 3 - you will then obtain a very rough sphere full of zones, remake a soft pitch lap to polish for 2-3 hours using 1/3 MOT stroke. Step 4 - recheck on Foucalt tester to see whether a good sphere appears or not. If yes go on to parabolization.
If no - ask again in this forum.
One question - do your Foucalt test has a precision good enough to cehck for a 1/8 wave P.V. parabola ? If not , advice you to use a star test to get your finbal paraboloid.
