Have been back to HK

Hi,

I have been back to HK from my trip for a couple of days. This year I was lucky the sky cooperated with my trip. But the dew was a very very big problem to my imaging. The lenses got dewed very soon even they were heated with hand warmers. Moreover, it was very cold, the coldest year in accordance with my previous experience. Temperature dropping down below -5 C at midnight was very common. Every stuff was covered with a "thick" layer of frost after a couple of hours outside.

Here I have to say thanks to those people I borrowed some gears from them. But I focused on shooting films and brought an DED108SS with my trip. The modified 300D could only be left at my home. So, this time I didn't shoot any image with modified DSLR. What a shame.

Once images are finished with PS, I will post some for sharing.

就算收鏡, 要再對過都唔難. 始終覺得南極比北極多幾粒參考星, 對極方便容易好多~

你講容易定係準先? 我都係第一次聽到南半球比北半球容易對極。

其實用mark-x極軸鏡，在北極星附近都有幾粒暗星幫助精確對極的。不過平時在香港，連北極星都未必睇得好清楚，唔好講附近的幾粒暗星。

Yes. The backyard of the beautiful motel. We were lucky to have the Room 8 specially reserved for our stay from the motel owner.

Only the mounts were left unpacked. So, I had to do polar alignment again each night.
