A very good start with your GP2 mount (not the guider). I think it should be unguided. Any reducer on your 60C? The pixel cell size of 11k is the same as that of 16803, just with smaller FOV. If stick to the 11k, you don't need to invest anymore but well use of it. Winter objects are coming soon. So I think it is a very best move to mount your 11k onto the TEC. Then upgrade later.

That is a very good one. I think the sky conditions, especially for the seeing condition, should be quite good when you shooting it.

Could be, I think. But you need to set custom white balance yourself before shooting. The red casting is very obvious if you don't do so.
